2 Go to our Contact Form and select "Card condition dispute."
3 Include your order number, the card name, and your photo evidence.
4 We'll review your claim within 24–48 hours and respond with a resolution.

Near Mint

Essentially perfect. No visible wear, scratches, or edge whitening.

Lightly Played

Minor edge wear or very light surface scratching. Still sleeve-playable.

Moderately Played

Noticeable wear, some edge whitening. Functional but shows signs of use.

Raw

Raw / Ungraded

Condition not individually assessed. Ideal for bulk or grading submissions.

Sealed Products: Booster boxes, packs, and sealed collection items are non-returnable once opened. Sealed returns are accepted within 7 days if the product is still factory-sealed and in its original condition.
