When you create an account or apply to sell, we collect your name, email address, sign-in details, and any profile information you give us. Orders need contact, delivery, and purchase details. When you contact support, we keep your name, email address, topic, order number (if you include one), and message.

We use the information needed to show search results, remember your settings, run Collection features, and protect the service. We record searches to improve results, so please don't type passwords or payment details into search.

Checkout happens on Shopify. Your card details are processed there and are not stored by TCG Nakama. Other providers we use for hosting, email, sign-in, our catalog, shipping, or analytics only process the information they need to do their part, under their own terms.

We use cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in and protect your session, remember your cart and display settings, and run other features you use. If you turn them off, sign-in, your cart, or saved settings may not work.

We keep support messages so we can reply. Newsletter email addresses are used only to send the newsletter you signed up for and notices about that subscription.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no online service can be completely secure. We keep records for as long as we need them to run the service, answer support requests, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations, and handle disputes.

You can ask us through support to show you, correct, or delete your personal information. We may need to keep some records for legal, security, transaction, or dispute reasons.

When we make significant changes, we'll update this page and its date. If you keep using TCG Nakama after an update, the updated policy applies.
