Information collected
Account and seller registration can collect names, email addresses, authentication records, and the profile details you submit. Orders and checkout can require contact, delivery, and purchase information. Support forms store the name, email, topic, optional order reference, and message you provide.
Catalogue, search, and Collection activity
The service processes requests needed to show catalogue results, remember supported preferences, operate Collection features, and protect the service. Search-event reporting uses normalized query data and operational context; it must not be used to submit secrets or payment data.
Payments and service providers
Checkout is handed to Shopify. Payment-card details are processed in that checkout and are not stored by TCG Nakama. Other infrastructure, email, authentication, catalogue, shipping, or analytics providers may process only the data needed to deliver their part of the service under their own terms.
Cookies and local storage
The site can use cookies or browser storage for session security, cart continuity, display preferences, and other requested features. Disabling them can prevent account, cart, or preference features from working.
Communications
Support inquiries are stored before an administrative email notification is attempted. Newsletter addresses are used for the requested subscription journey and its operational notification. A notification outage does not mean a confirmed stored record disappeared.
Security and retention
Access controls, same-origin mutation checks, and bounded data contracts reduce exposure, but no online system can promise absolute security. Records are retained as needed for the service, support, fraud prevention, legal obligations, and dispute handling.
Your choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information through support, subject to records that must be retained for legal, security, transaction, or dispute reasons.
Changes
