• All prices are listed in Japanese Yen (JPY). Currency conversion is handled by your payment provider at the time of checkout.
• Prices are benchmarked against real-time market data and may change without notice.
• Product availability is subject to change. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders.
• Product images are representative. Minor variations in colour or appearance may occur due to photography and screen differences.

3. Orders & Payments

• All orders are processed through Shopify's secure checkout.
• We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
• An order is confirmed only after successful payment processing.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders if fraud is suspected or if a pricing error is identified.

4. Shipping

5. Returns & Condition Disputes

6. Customs & Import Duties

International buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their country. TCGNakama is not responsible for delays or additional charges incurred during customs clearance.

7. Card Authenticity

TCGNakama guarantees the authenticity of every card sold on our platform. If you believe a card received is counterfeit, contact us within 7 days for a full refund — no questions asked. See our Authenticity Guarantee for details.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on TCGNakama — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of TCGNakama or its licensors. Trading card images and trademarks are the property of their respective owners (Nintendo, Bandai, Wizards of the Coast, etc.).

TCGNakama is provided "as is." We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the operation of the website or the accuracy of product descriptions. In no event shall TCGNakama be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
