Agreement and eligibility
By using TCG Nakama, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from them. Do not use the service where prohibited, impersonate another person, interfere with operations, or submit unlawful material.
Listings, price, and availability
Each listing is the authority for its title, images, described condition, stock state, and JPY amount. Display-currency estimates are informational. Availability and listing details can change before checkout; an unavailable or erroneous listing is not a promise to sell.
Orders and payment
Checkout is completed through Shopify. The checkout presents the supported payment methods, final amount, shipping choices, and transaction status. An order is not confirmed until the checkout reports successful completion.
Shipping, customs, and timing
Shipping services, estimates, tracking, destination restrictions, duties, and taxes depend on the order and checkout. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. The buyer is responsible for destination charges unless the checkout explicitly states otherwise.
Condition, returns, and disputes
Review the listing before purchase. For a condition, authenticity, damage, or delivery concern, retain the card and packaging and contact support promptly with the order reference and clear evidence. Resolution depends on the exact listing, order, and applicable policy; this page does not promise an automatic outcome or deadline.
Accounts and seller access
You are responsible for protecting account access and providing accurate information. Seller registration is reviewed; registration alone does not grant seller operations or publication rights. Features remain subject to the capabilities reported for the account.
Intellectual property
TCG Nakama software and original site materials are protected by applicable rights. Trading-card artwork, game names, and third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners. Do not copy, scrape, or republish protected material except as law or express permission allows.
Service limits
The service is provided subject to availability. To the extent permitted by law, indirect or consequential loss is excluded and liability is limited by the applicable transaction and law. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
