Agreement and eligibility
By using TCG Nakama, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from them. Don't use the service where it's prohibited, pretend to be someone else, interfere with how the service runs, or submit unlawful material.
Listings, prices, and stock
Each listing's title, photos, described condition, stock, and price in yen describe what you're buying. Prices shown in other currencies are estimates. Stock and listing details can change before checkout, and a listing that is unavailable or shown in error is not a promise to sell.
Orders and payment
Checkout happens on Shopify, which shows the payment methods, final total, shipping options, and order status. An order isn't confirmed until checkout shows it completed successfully.
Shipping, customs, and delivery times
Shipping methods, estimates, tracking, where we can ship, duties, and taxes depend on your order and what you choose at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. You pay any duties or charges due at the destination unless checkout clearly says otherwise.
Condition, returns, and disputes
Check the listing before you buy. If there's a problem with condition, authenticity, damage, or delivery, keep the card and its packaging and contact support promptly with your order number and clear photos or other details. How we resolve it depends on the listing, the order, and the policy that applies. This page does not promise an automatic outcome or deadline.
Accounts and sellers
You're responsible for keeping your account sign-in safe and your information accurate. Seller applications are reviewed, and applying alone doesn't let you sell or publish listings. Some features are only available to certain accounts.
Intellectual property
TCG Nakama's software and original site content are protected by applicable rights. Card artwork, game names, and other third-party trademarks belong to their owners. Don't copy, scrape, or republish protected material unless the law or our express permission allows it.
Service limits
The service is provided as available. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our liability is limited by the relevant transaction and applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that the law doesn't allow to be excluded.
